About Daniel Sharer, LMFT

Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

When feeling overwhelmed, we may not know what to do or where to turn. It's often difficult to believe that someone could help or that you have the internal resources to conquer the current situation yourself. However, working through problems with a therapist can help you find solutions and see issues from a different perspective. I work with adults, couples, families, and adolescents. My goal is to provide a safe environment where we can explore your idea of a happy, healthy, and productive life.

I provide services via secure video chat. This is convenient for you because you are not required to commute to a therapy office or get a babysitter if that applies. My therapeutic approach for therapy starts with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, when working with couples, I use the Gottman Method and an Emotionally Focused approach.
