My primary therapeutic approach for individuals is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). For couples, I use the Gottman Method/Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have experience working with adults of all ages and adolescents 13 and older. I like to create an inclusive relationship where one feels valued and legitimate.
